Why I Started a YouTube Channel at 40

Turning 40 didn’t feel like an end.
It felt like a beginning.

After a decade of being a full-time mom, I found myself craving something more—not from the world, but from within.

What I seek is inner strength: persistence, a growth mindset, quiet peace, emotional awareness, independence of spirit, deep gratitude, unwavering trust, meaningful contribution, and a wholehearted love for life.

“Conquering others shows power. Conquering yourself shows strength.” — Laozi

That’s why I started a YouTube channel at 40.
Not because I already had those qualities—
But because I wanted to document the journey of pursuing them.
To become a better version of myself.
And I believe that becoming naturally attracts what we desire.

The Value of Real Sharing in the AI Age

The Value of Real Sharing in the AI Age

We are living in a time where AI can write, speak, draw, and even mimic human emotion.
It can generate perfect scripts, flawless images, catchy titles, and polished answers.

But that’s exactly why real human stories matter now more than ever.
Because what people truly crave is something authentic.

That’s why my documenting matters now.
Not because I’m perfect—none of us are.
But because I show up honestly: with my thoughts, my struggles, my reflections, my little wins.
With my pursuit of growth, my spirit, and my courage.

That kind of honesty builds trust.
And trust builds connection.

In a world full of noise and speed, this kind of realness is not just valuable—it’s indispensable.

Documenting Motivates You to Become

I’m creating to document—to record the process of evolving, of becoming.

This kind of sharing motivates me to take on challenges.
Like having the courage to make English videos, even though I’m not a native speaker.

It reminds me that life is an experience.

It amplifies self-awareness and reflection.
It inspires me to live vibrantly, to create instead of consume.
It pushes me to keep growing—intentionally and wholeheartedly.

I know I will make progress, because I’m committed to getting better, day by day.

Life is a journey of self-cultivation and constant growth—
To fully bloom with the vitality of life.

Sharing Is Loving

In a world where so many feel lost, distracted, or discouraged, I believe there’s power in simply showing up as a real human being.

Someone who’s still learning.
Still growing.
Still trying.

When I share my story—my struggles, progress, and reflections—I’m not saying “Look at me.”
I’m saying “Walk with me.”

If my videos help even one person:

  • Wake up a little earlier
  • Take a walk
  • Say no to something unhealthy
  • Feel hope again
  • Believe that change is possible

Then it’s all worth it.

True fulfillment doesn’t come from achieving more.
It comes from helping others rise with you.

This is what makes YouTube meaningful to me—not views, not numbers, but the possibility that my energy, my story, or even one sentence might spark something good in someone else.

In the end, this is not just about content—it’s about contribution and love.

Trust

Yes, I admit it: I want to make money from YouTube.
I want to live independently through creating and investing.
That’s my dream life.

But I’ve learned from investing and life:
The more you chase, the harder it is to catch.

When you cling, you create pressure.
When you stress, you block the flow.

What we truly need is trust.

Because trust sets you free.

When you trust the process,
You stop forcing outcomes.
You let go of anxiety, fear, comparison, and self-doubt.
You return to peace, to focus, to clarity.

It helps you stay consistent—without panic, without pressure.

So I choose to trust:

  • That my effort matters
  • That my voice will find its place
  • That by showing up with heart, things will unfold—naturally, in time

What Truly Matters Is This:

  • Can I devote myself to becoming a better version of me, day by day?
  • Can my story and energy influence others in a meaningful way?
  • Can I inspire someone else to move forward in their own life?

I believe the answer is yes.
And that’s why I press record.
