🌅 How I Get Up Before 4 (Sometimes Even at 3 AM)
Imagine waking up at 3 AM — not tired, not forced by an alarm, but naturally, with overflowing energy.
That’s my life today.
But it didn’t begin this way. It began with chaos, distraction, and me hiding inside a “perfect” marriage. For years I told myself I wanted to wake up early, but I stayed up until midnight and dragged myself out of bed at 7 with an alarm.
The secret wasn’t willpower.
👉 The real key was energy management.
In this post, I’m going to share how I did it gradually — and the system that keeps me going.
Start
In the second half of last year, I was lost in chaos and distractions. Deep down, I promised myself: next year will be different.
So when January came, I made three resolutions:
- Learn English
- Commit to weight training
- Create YouTube videos
I invested in myself. On January 1, I bought 72 training sessions with a coach. On January 17, I signed up for an online English learning platform and spent 4 hours a day talking with native speakers.
One day I told a teacher: “I always wanted to be a morning person, but I couldn’t.”
He simply said:
👉 “Why not just get up 5 minutes earlier than yesterday?”
That advice changed me. For two weeks I woke up just 5 minutes earlier each day. By mid-February, I was waking up at 6 AM.
This was my first taste of momentum — and momentum is energy.
Process — Morning Walk
Naval Ravikant once said the most life-changing habit is the daily workout. That became true for me too.
I started going straight to the gym after waking. On days I got up earlier, I’d walk outside first. Around then, I read The Celestine Prophecy, which taught that the environment has energy.
So I began practicing appreciation:
- Thanking the plants, flowers, and fresh air.
- Thanking the quiet neighborhood.
- Thanking myself for being there.
The more I appreciated, the more energy I gained. Morning walks became my most peaceful, joyful moments.
And I realized: the strongest, cleanest, and most empowering energy of the day comes right after sunrise. By May, I was naturally waking up at 5.
This was no longer just about mornings. It was about learning how to receive and manage energy.
The Summit
At the end of May, I had coffee with a man I’d met at the gym. He recognized my light — my energy, clarity, and drive to grow. But he also saw my shadow: I was hiding inside a “perfect” marriage and covering it with positivity.
He became my mirror.
For the first time I saw both:
- My light: desire to grow, ability to act, clarity, execution, energy.
- My shadow: the biggest energy leak in my life — hiding in a “perfect” marriage instead of creating my real life.
That realization awakened me. I decided to confront the truth and end the leak.
I also discovered: true love is recognition. It has the power to awaken.
Even though our paths separated, I still carry the gift of that recognition. I use it to transform myself.
Because true love contains the greatest energy on earth. Just look at a mother’s love for her child — it gives her the strength to overcome any difficulty.
So I channel this energy of love into my transformation. I hold a big vision for myself, and I pour my energy into daily creation. Creation itself gives me even more energy.
Now, I am carried forward by this managed energy. It wakes me up naturally — most of the time at 3 AM.
Make It Long Term
If mornings are sacred, so is the night before.
I guard my bedtime like a mission.
I usually sleep before 9:30 PM, never past 10. Sleep isn’t wasted time — it’s the foundation of clarity, vitality, and creation.
That boundary is non-negotiable. Protecting my sleep means protecting my future self.
And with strong nights, the mornings take care of themselves.
🔑 The System That Keeps Me
Most people think waking up early is about discipline.
But the truth is — it’s about energy management.
Here’s how my system works:
1. Conserve Energy — Stop the Leaks
- Sleep early (before 9:30 PM): Protects clarity and renewal.
- Cutting energy leaks: Face emotions honestly, stop hiding in a “perfect” marriage, end draining patterns.
2. Generate Energy — Build Your Supply
- Morning walk: Clarity, oxygen, connection with nature.
- Weight training: Physical strength fuels mental strength.
- Diet (no sugar): Stable energy, no cravings, no distractions.
- Meditation: Inner stillness, mental reset.
- Love: Loving him, loving myself, loving life — the strongest energy source.
3. Circulate Energy — Keep It Flowing
- Creation: Sharing authentically multiplies energy.
- Vision: A big purpose channels energy into transformation.
- Appreciation: Gratitude for life, nature, and self turns energy into joy.
✨ Takeaway
Getting up before 4 isn’t about discipline.
It’s about energy management.
- Conserve it: by ending leaks (no hiding, no denial).
- Generate it: through love, nature, movement, diet, meditation.
- Circulate it: by creating — writing, sharing, transforming.
When you hide, you leak energy.
When you create, you multiply it.
That’s the real secret of how I wake up at 3 AM, full of life.
