I used to chase money. Then I tried to master time.
But I only started truly thriving when I realized — neither mattered without energy.
Because what’s the point of having time if you’re too tired to use it?
Or money if you don’t have the energy to enjoy it?
My Story
First was the Money Economy
I grew up poor, so money meant survival and security.
I chased it, saved it, invested it.
I reached $100K in my U.S. stock account, and I learned the truth:
if you spend less than you earn and invest long term, wealth compounds.
Money is important — but it’s not everything.
Then came the Time Economy
Once I felt I had enough, I started valuing my time more than money — even using money to save time.
But I quickly realized time alone doesn’t guarantee a good life.
Last year, I wasted hours every day on elections and news — running away from negative emotions, getting lost in distractions.
Finally, I discovered the Energy Economy
Everything changed this January.
When I built habits of training, meditation, healthy eating, reading, and writing, something shifted.
I began to overflow with energy.
With this energy, I transformed my body, my mind, my emotions, even my frequency.
Now I wake up at 3 a.m. not from stress, but from abundance.
That’s when I realized: energy is the real currency of life.
Because when you master energy, you can spend your time wisely — and use your money purposefully.
And most important of all:
- You feel your life is meaningful.
- You feel fully alive.
- You feel hope again.
Those things can’t be bought with money or time — only created through energy.
The 3 Stages of Economy
Money Economy
- Definition: You trade hours or skills for money.
- Mindset: “More money = more security / options.”
- Limitation: Time and energy are often sacrificed to earn.
Time Economy
- Definition: You use money to buy back time or increase efficiency.
- Mindset: “Time is money.”
- Limitation: Having time doesn’t guarantee meaning or vitality if energy is low.
Energy Economy
- Definition: You prioritize and cultivate energy as the core resource that powers both time and money.
- Mindset: “Energy is the real currency of life.”
- Advantage: With high energy, time is well-used and money is wisely leveraged.
- Vision: A fulfilling life comes when energy drives time and money, not the other way around.
Energy economy is the highest form: if you master energy, you master how you use time and how you create and deploy money.
How Energy Fuels Both Time and Money
Energy fuels time:
- Two people can have the same 24 hours, but the one with more energy gets far more out of it.
- With low energy, an hour feels wasted. With high energy, the same hour feels expansive and productive.
Energy fuels money:
- Money is created through output, creativity, problem-solving, and value delivery — all of which require energy.
- High energy brings persistence, innovation, and the ability to seize opportunities.
- Even managing money (investing, decision-making) requires clarity and focus — both energy products.
So, while time and money are measurable, energy is the invisible multiplier.
Without it, time and money stagnate.
With it, they compound.
“Energy is the driver. Time is the vehicle. Money is the fuel station. Without energy, neither time nor money moves you forward.”
The Three Economies Triangle
Top Point: Energy (Driver)
- The true currency of life.
- Multiplies what you can do with time and money.
- Source: health, love, purpose, clarity.
Bottom Left: Time (Vehicle)
- 24 hours given equally to all.
- Energy decides whether those hours are wasted or expanded.
- Without energy, time is heavy. With energy, time is leverage.
Bottom Right: Money (Resource Station)
- Converts into tools, freedom, and access.
- Needs both energy (to earn) and time (to grow).
- Money without energy and time is useless.
Flow:
- Energy → powers how you use Time.
- Time → when used well, creates Money.
- Money → when used wisely, can buy back Time and support Energy.
But without Energy, the loop collapses.
Tagline:
“Energy drives time. Time creates money. Money supports energy. But energy is the master key.”
In Summary
Many people say time is the most precious.
But without energy, time can’t be leveraged well.
And without money, some uses of time and energy become limited.
The key is balance:
Manage your energy to spend your time wisely,
while using money as a supportive resource.
That balance is the foundation of a fulfilling life.
Why This Mindset Change Matters
Because when you shift from chasing money or managing time
to cultivating energy as your core resource,
you step into the highest economy —
the one that multiplies everything else.
