Title: After 8 Years of Investing, I Awakened Thumbnail: Pursue Wealth, Not Money

After 8 Years of Investing, I Awakened

Start

Last month, I met a girl from Israel. She travels the world, meditates every morning for fifteen minutes, writes every day, and exercises regularly. But she still told me — “I feel like a loser. I keep running away from life.”

Then she looked at me and asked,

“Why doesn’t it work?”

That moment stayed with me — because I’ve seen the same thing everywhere. So many people try to fill the emptiness by chasing more — more meaning, more status, more money — and end up feeling even less inside.

So I shared with her my 6D Abundance Framework — how I started from feeling enough, and built alignment in my body, mind, emotions, and spirit, until true abundance — including financial freedom — began to flow naturally.

💪 2. Physical Abundance — Energy

Your body is the first dimension of abundance. If you want to hold higher energy and frequencies, you need a strong container.

Your nervous system constantly reads your body for cues of safety or danger. When your body feels safe, your nervous system calms down — and the mind grows quiet.

Dr. Joe Dispenza often says, “The body is the subconscious mind.” Most people try to change their lives by thinking differently — but the body still remembers the emotions of fear, stress, or doubt. Real abundance begins when you retrain the body to feel safe, present, and open — when the body and mind finally work together instead of against each other.

That’s why I was able to awaken by myself when I faced strong emotions. My safe body and quiet mind gave me the clarity and energy to face challenges and grow from them.

That’s also why I could keep buying during the tariff sell-off in April — a stable body made a clear mind. In investing, emotional stability is everything. When your body feels grounded, you don’t panic with the market.

My disciplined physical training — strength, yoga, walks, massage, and early sleep — has built what spiritual teachers call energetic capacity. It’s the ability to hold energy without being overwhelmed by it.

This energy wakes me up at 4 a.m. to create. It helps me recover from old patterns faster each time — from months to days, from days to hours.

So if you want abundance, start with your body. A relax body creates a stable nervous system. And with that stability, you can resist every temptation — overthinking, greed, fear, distraction, or comfort — and stay aligned with your highest frequency.

🧠 3. Mental Abundance — Clarity

Mental abundance means clarity, focus, and stillness.

Dr. Joe Dispenza says, “Your thoughts create your reality.” That’s true — but thoughts alone don’t change your life. They only become real when they are proved by experience — when your actions and emotions reflect the same intention.

So I practice clarity not by thinking “I’m clear,” but by living clearly.

Reading — and then applying what I learn in real life — helps me merge knowledge with experience to form my own wisdom. Reflecting and observing myself daily allow me to rewrite old thought and behavior patterns. Writing and creating from my experience help me organize my mind and gain more clarity.

It’s my form of mental strength training — each reflection, each decision, each piece of writing is a rep that builds more clarity.

And clarity compounds. It sharpens focus, simplifies choices, and reduces emotional noise. With clarity, you know how to invest, how to build relationships, how to live your potential, what truly matters, and how to parent with awareness and love.

I think I became a better investor because I studied computer science. It taught me to think in systems, to recognize patterns — both in the market and in my own emotions — to reason from first principles, and to separate signal from noise.

That same mindset guides how I create videos. Each video is another practice in clarity — turning insights into structure, chaos into order. The more I create, the more mental abundance I gain. And the clearer I become, the wiser my decisions — in the market, in relationships, and in life.

💓 4. Emotional Abundance — Peace

Emotional abundance means feeling fully without being consumed —
to experience emotion as information, not identity.

For most of my life, emotions ruled me.
When I felt anger, sadness, or fear, I believed something was wrong with me.
So I tried to control, suppress, or escape them — through positivity, distraction, or silence.

But emotions are not enemies; they’re messages. Each one carries information about what’s unhealed or unloved inside.

In brain science, emotions are predictions your brain makes about what’s happening inside and outside of you. They are energy signals — chemical and electrical patterns — that help you prepare for action (fight, rest, connect, reflect).

With the support of a stronger body, I learned to read my emtions without supressing them. English used to be my shame — it was one of my majors, yet I couldn’t speak confidently.
It took me years to confront that.
When I finally did, it became healing.
Speaking English helped me rediscover a version of myself that was once hidden —
confident, expressive, and free.

I also fell in love knowing it would be brief. But I chose truth over suppression, and that brief encounter accelerated my awakening.

Every wave of emotion carried information — each feeling pointing to what was missing inside me. Through that turbulence, I found a part of myself I still needed to build. I turned longing into clarity, and pain into progress. Every time I face my emotions directly, I heal another layer of my inner wound and gain more peace.

Warren Buffett once said, “Be fearful when others are greedy, and greedy when others are fearful.” How do you actually do that? By treating collective emotions as data, and as valuation signals. I used to value a company by DCF — discounted cash flow. Now I value it by fear. The more uncertainty and panic there is, the faster prices drop — and the greater the opportunity to pick real value.

Emotion, whether in life or in markets, is information. When you can read it without reacting to it, you turn volatility into wealth.

🌸 5. Spiritual Abundance — Surrender & Trust

Spiritual abundance means surrendering to truth and trusting life to unfold in perfect timing.

Surrender is my spiritual strength training. It’s not giving up — it’s aligning. To align with life means to align with truth, not ego. Ego seeks control, validation, and certainty. Truth seeks freedom, honesty, and peace.

It shifts my focus from what I can gain at the destination to what is meaningful in the journey.

I appreciate the blessings in my life, and I also appreciate the tests and frustrations.

I see every life experience as training for inner wealth. Market fluctuations give me the greatest test of peace in chaos. My 50% loss became my greatest lesson — don’t just chase outward returns; build inner wealth. Being a stay-at-home mom trained my patience. Creating videos tests my consistency, detachment, and faith in process over outcome.

I surrender and trust — knowing that the process itself is the treasure.

“What stands in the way becomes the way.”

When you trust life, you stop forcing — and start flowing. You begin to see that everything in your life is shaping you, and that every small step compounds into a meaningful whole.

I used to set annual return targets. Now, I surrender. I’m satisfied with a 10% annual return and focus on what I can control instead: Can I stay calm and act wisely in moments of panic and greed? And to my surprise, I did — and achieved 50% annual returns in the last three years.

⚡ 6. Energetic Abundance — Flow

Energetic abundance is the harmony of all dimensions — body, mind, emotion, and spirit moving as one current.

When energy flows freely, life feels effortless. You don’t have to push — things align, people appear, ideas connect. That’s why I can now make English videos effortlessly — the ideas simply flow through me. I haven’t read many English books, and English is my second language. I only began speaking practice this January. Yet now, I’m amazed by how clearly I can express what I feel — even while writing this script. The reason is flow — when I stop all the noise, truth flows through me. Everything has always been inside of you; you just need to be still enough to hear it.

In the past, I leaked energy everywhere — through back pain, overthinking, suppressed emotions, and forcing outcomes without detachment. Now I see energy as my real currency. Where I place my attention is where my energy — and my life — grows.

That’s why I make decisions based on energy, not money. I ask: Does this give me energy or drain my energy in the long term? So I invested in another 60 strength-training sessions. I buy great companies at good prices and hold them — saving energy for what truly matters. I say no to relationships that don’t nurture me. I create videos without worrying about results — because creating itself gives me energy.

Then every action — walking, writing, training, investing, creating — becomes an expression of the same balanced energy. All effort becomes effortless, I wake up at 4 a.m. full of ideas, , as if life want to express truth through me, so i get up and write.

Now, life itself feels like a dialogue — between my energy and the world’s energy. When I stay aligned, the universe responds.

Opportunities arise not because I chase them, but because I’m well-prepared to receive them.

Energetic abundance is the art of living in flow — where every breath, thought, and action returns you to harmony with life.

When energy flows freely within, wealth flows naturally without — because money, too, is only energy seeking alignment.

💰 7. Financial Abundance - byproduct

Money is the exchange of energy. It flows to where attention, creativity, and value flow. But for me, the real lesson was this — money isn’t the goal; it’s the byproduct of inner alignment.

For a long time, money was my biggest fear. When results came too slowly, I lost patience — and I lost 50%. That fear came from lack — from believing I needed more before I could feel safe.

Then I learned my lesson. I stopped chasing money and began feeling enough. I turned my focus toward investing in myself — in health, clarity, and energy.

Once my inner state shifted, my outer results changed too. Without forcing, my portfolio grew 60%. That’s when I awakened. I realized: money can’t be chased — it’s attracted through alignment.

When you chase, your focus is on lack. You’re saying to life, “I don’t have enough.” Your nervous system tightens; your body moves into fight or flight. Practically, that inner friction clouds your judgment and slows your actions — you end up being defeated by yourself. Energetically, that contraction blocks flow — you stop being a magnet and start being a pursuer.

Abundance attracts abundance — because it removes all the inner frictions that block it, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. And when energy flows freely, wealth flows naturally — because money is the exchange of energy.

Now I see money as a reflection of my aligned energy, not a measure of worth. It’s the byproduct of a flow state — where body, mind, soul, and spirit move as one. So instead of chasing money, I expand my 6D abundance.

True wealth isn’t just numbers in an account — it’s the lightness in your body, the clarity in your mind, the peace in your soul, and the aliveness in your spirit.

And the beauty is, the opposite is also true: When your body feels safe, your mind grows calm. When your mind is clear, you focus on what truly matters — in investing and in life. When your soul is at peace, you gain patience to compound both wealth and wisdom. And when your spirit is alive, you live in a vibration that naturally attracts abundance.

That is abundance — you start from enough, expand your life through alignment, and financial return becomes only a byproduct.

In the end, money is the exchange of energy — and alignment is the source, because it clears the blocks in your body, mind, heart, and soul.

🌞 Closing – Live It

The paradox of abundance is that it begins the moment you stop chasing it.

You realize abundance isn’t what you own — it’s what you no longer need.

From that mindset, you become still and expand what truly matters: a body with strength, a mind with clarity, a heart with love, and a spirit at peace.

Then your actions flow not from ego, but from alignment.

You don’t attract what you want; you attract what you are.

When you stop chasing money and pursue holistic alignment instead, money arrives as the natural consequence of who you’ve become.

Start from enough. Live in alignment. Let wealth be the byproduct.
