Yesterday, I spent an hour on WeChat — and was flooded with “get rich, get younger, get prettier” content.
By the end, I felt miserable. these platforms are built to trigger lack, so we keep spending money or energy trying to fix ourselves — while they profit.
Then I realized — a lot of manifestation content does the same thing. Even when the message sounds positive — “Visualize your dream life.” “Attract your soulmate.” “Earn millions.” The hidden message underneath is often the same:
“You don’t have it yet — you’re incomplete.””
when your nervous system feels that “not enough” energy, it keeps broadcasting scarcity, not abundance.
The most common block to manifestation is the belief that you need manifestation to make you enough.
In this video, I’ll share how I shifted my frequency by healing scarcity in every area of my life — not by changing how I think, but by changing how I live.
Because when you finally feel enough, abundance starts to find you.
Feeling Enough by Curing Lack
Charlie Munger once said: “Invert, always invert.” So instead of asking how to feel abundant, I asked:
“What creates lack — and how can I stop feeding it?”
That’s how I began to train my nervous system, thoughts, and energy — to stabilize in the vibration of: “I already have enough.”
Below are the 7 forms of lack I’ve healed in the 9 months — each one a door back to wholeness.
- Lack of Time — “I’m always behind.” We all say we don’t have enough time, yet we spend hours scrolling. I used to do that too — staying up late, feeling anxious and empty.
Now, I quit scrolling, sleep by 9:30 and wake up around 4 — no alarm. That gives me three sacred hours each morning — quiet, still, and mine.
At night, I consumed and felt miserable. In the morning, I create and feel fulfilled.
Not every hour is the same hour. When your mind is scattered, time feels scarce. When your attention is whole, time expands.
Early rising is a leverage tool. It gives you the clearest hours of your day to do what matters most: writing, meditating, walking, or simply being.
It’s not about productivity — It’s about reclaiming time from chaos, and returning it to your soul.
- Heals the Lack of Energy
People say to build energy through workouts, healthy eating, or sleeping early — but the first step isn’t gaining more. It’s protecting what you already have.
Most fatigue doesn’t come from doing too much, but from absorbing too much — endless scrolling, breaking news, emotional noise.
Every notification pulls a little life force away.
So I quit social media and news — not to escape the world, but to return to myself.
In nine months, I transformed my body, gained 60%, and found meaning.
Once I stopped the leaks, I had the energy to build habits that created even more — walking, writing, strength training, creating.
The secret isn’t gaining more energy. It’s protecting what you already have.
- Heals the Lack of Money
I used to chase money from a place of fear — checking the market every day, worrying, comparing. That energy of lack made me act from greed and panic — and I lost 50%.
Then I stopped.
I turned inward: I exercised, I created, I aligned. I stopped chasing outer wealth and started cultivating inner wealth: clarity, patience, peace.
When my energy shifted, my results shifted too. Without forcing, my portfolio grew 60% — twice. The market didn’t change; my vibration did.
Now I invest like I live: calmly, long-term, with trust in time. Money is no longer a measure of worth — it’s a mirror of inner wealth.
Because inner wealth — like wisdom, enoughness, peace, and surrender — is the greatest wealth I’d ever want to expand. And I trust: once I build inner wealth, outer wealth follows — naturally.
- Heals the Lack of Love
For a long time, I craved to be seen and understood by someone else. But that version of love always felt unstable — because it depended on others.
Then I realized something simple but powerful: The love I was chasing outside was the part I hadn’t yet built inside.
So I turned my attention inward. I began to cultivate the very qualities I once admired in others — discipline, strength, resilience, and the courage to never give up.
Last week, I missed someone deeply. But instead of feeding the feeling, I chose to surrender. Because I saw it clearly: the missing itself whispered, “You are not enough.” When I let it go, all my energy returned — and I poured it back into building myself again.
That was the love I had been searching for all along: Love for my own becoming. Love for my potential. Love that empowers me — instead of emptying me.
I healed my lack of love by learning to love myself — not emotionally, but energetically, through growth, devotion, and truth.
- Heals the Lack of Worth
I struggled with low self-worth for decades — shaped by my upbringing, family expectations, and the quiet judgment that came from being a stay-at-home mom.
I used to seek validation, please people, and hope their approval would make me feel enough.
Now I’ve stopped both. I’ve chosen to define my own success and focus on the process that truly fulfills me.
I build a body with strength, a mind with depth, a heart with love, and a soul at peace — trusting that inner abundance attracts outer abundance.
Every session of training strengthens both body and mind. Every morning I rise early to honor my time. Every moment I notice fear, I return to trust. Every video I share carries love — within and beyond me.
Each act, small or big, is how I tell myself: “I am enough — not someday, but today.”
I healed my lack of worth not by waiting for others to see my value, but by living in a way that proves it to myself every day.
- Heals the Fear of the Future
Half of my scarcity mindset used to come from fearing the future. That fear scattered my focus and pushed me to escape through easy fixes — scrolling, distraction, and worry. But the more I escaped, the more I feared.
Then, this January, I finally realized: fearing the future was one of the biggest sources of persistence — because it made me run away.
So this year, I began doing two things instead: prepare and trust.
Instead of worrying about money — I save, invest, and build inner wealth. Instead of worrying about war — I quietly prepare a second option. Instead of worrying about my kids — I focus on being the best parent I can be, giving them love and becoming their role model. Instead of worrying about my future — I invest in myself and trust that I can stand on my own. Instead of worrying about views — I treat each video as a practice of clarity, patience, surrender, and persistence.
I still don’t know what the future holds — but now, I don’t need to. Because I’ve learned that peace doesn’t come from predicting the future, it comes from preparing for it, and trusting myself to meet it when it arrives.
I healed my lack of control by preparing with action and surrendering with faith — by trusting that life always supports those who live in alignment.
- Heals the Lack of Meaning I used to ask myself: What is the meaning of life? The more I searched for a single, universal answer, the more I realized — there isn’t one. Meaning isn’t fixed; it’s something we create.
I’ve always been a spiritual person. When I once took a personality test, my top three strengths were curiosity, love of learning, and hope. That combination explains me perfectly.
Meaning, for me, is not something to find — it’s something to live. It’s following my curiosity wherever it leads, learning what expands my awareness, and sharing what I’ve learned with others.
When I live in this flow — learning, growing, expressing — life feels full again.
Every experience, conversation, book, and idea becomes part of my evolution. And through sharing, I turn experience into purpose.
I healed my lack of meaning by realizing that purpose isn’t given — it’s created. My meaning is to keep learning, keep growing, and keep sharing.
ending
Those are how i cured my 7 lacks in my life. All forms of lack are deeply interconnected — they’re not separate problems, but different faces of the same illusion: the feeling that “I am not enough.” Think of lack as a network, not a list. When one form activates, it triggers the others. When you feel short on time, you rush. Rushing drains energy. When you’re low on energy, you lose clarity and make poor money or emotional decisions. When you lose money or confidence, you question your worth.
But when you heal one form of lack, you begin to heal them all. Feeling safe in your body restores time and energy. Feeling gratitude restores money and love. Trusting life restores control and meaning. Every healing ripples through the system — because wholeness is interconnected too.
Lack fragments; abundance integrates. When you live in sufficiency — calm, clarity, gratitude, presence — all parts of you start syncing again. That’s why one habit (like early sleep or silence) can shift your entire vibration — it’s not just about that habit, but what it rebalances inside the system.
Abundance isn’t about having more. It’s about feeling complete inside, even when life isn’t perfect. When you turn inward instead of chasing outward, everything — including real abundance — begins to flow.
In my next video, I’ll share my pursuit of 6D Abundance — a life where body, mind, emotion, spirit, energy, and wealth flow as one integrated system.
Because when you live in harmony with yourself — life harmonizes with you.
