Awakening at 40 — The Pursuit of a Multidimensional Life

Sometimes the right idea appears at exactly the right moment.

That happened to me recently
when I came across the story of a scientist named Lyubishchev.

It appeared the very day I was writing about
time-wasting, awakening, and alignment.

And it felt like life was saying:

“This is the next piece of your puzzle.”

Because everything I learned from him
confirmed something I have been feeling quietly inside:

The pursuit of my life now
is a multidimensional life.

What Lyubishchev Taught Me About Time

Most time-management systems tell you to do more:

  • more efficiency
  • more productivity
  • more discipline
  • more optimization

But Lyubishchev wasn’t interested in any of that.

For 56 years,
he recorded every minute of his life.

Not to pressure himself.
Not to chase goals.
Not to be “productive.”

He used time for a different purpose:

to become the person he wanted to be.

He invested time into what mattered:

  • reading
  • languages
  • science
  • thinking
  • walking
  • writing
  • friendship
  • nature

This wasn’t time management.
This was identity management.

He didn’t track tasks.
He tracked becoming.

And that is exactly the philosophy
I awakened into at 40.

Awakening Created Inner Multidimensionality

My awakening did not expand one part of me.
It expanded everything.

Before awakening,
I lived from one dimension:

  • mom
  • wife
  • support system
  • routine
  • survival
  • emotional suppression

My whole identity was a single role.

But awakening shattered the role
and returned me to my whole self.

Physical

strength training, yoga, morning walks, deep rest, (and soon) dance + pole fitness

Mental

reading classics, structured thinking, reflective journaling, deep focus

Emotional

healing childhood patterns, speaking truth, releasing guilt, building boundaries

Spiritual

moments of presence, synchronicity, intuition, nature as teacher

Creative

YouTube storytelling, writing chapters, capturing my becoming, sharing my voice

Intellectual

value investing, philosophy, psychology, mental models latticework

Aesthetic

refined taste, minimalism, elegance, rising presence, subtle beauty

Cultural

English fluency, Italian songs & phrases, global mindset, European inspiration

Identity

returning to who I really am, not who I was told to be

This was not “improvement.”
This was expansion.

I became multidimensional
because awakening returned me to my full self.

Why Awakening Naturally Creates a Multidimensional Life

Here is the truth:

Awakening dissolves fear.
Fear keeps life small.

When fear was gone,
I had space to grow in every direction.

Awakening brought me:

  • clarity
  • discipline
  • courage
  • energy
  • presence
  • curiosity
  • inner peace

And these qualities naturally ignite multidimensional living.

Because when your inner world realigns,
your outer world expands.

This is why, in just 6 months,
every part of my life transformed:

body, mind, emotions, truth, work, identity, beauty, purpose.

Awakening didn’t change one area.
It changed the entire system.

The Parallel Between Awakening and Lyubishchev

At first, it seemed strange:

Why would a Soviet scientist’s time system
connect so perfectly to my spiritual awakening?

But now I understand:

We were both pursuing the same thing…
just through different paths.

Lyubishchev expanded his outer world:
knowledge, work, languages, nature, learning.

I expanded my inner world:
truth, clarity, identity, alignment, presence.

Together, they describe the same life philosophy:

Time is not for tasks.
Time is for becoming.

This is why his story felt like a message meant for me.

His method wasn’t about forcing more hours.
It was about creating a full-spectrum human life.

That is exactly what awakening gave me.

The Pursuit of Me Now Is a Multidimensional Life

For the first time in my life,
I am not trying to be less.
I am not trying to shrink.
I am not trying to fit into one identity.

I am expanding
in every direction that feels true.

I’m not building a career.
I’m building a life.

A life that includes:

  • strength
  • beauty
  • clarity
  • truth
  • intelligence
  • creativity
  • courage
  • presence
  • cultural depth
  • spiritual awareness
  • discipline
  • freedom
  • consciousness
  • meaning

This is not ambition.
This is alignment.

This is not pressure.
This is becoming.

This is not perfection.
This is fullness.

Time, Awakening, and Becoming

Lyubishchev’s fifty-six-year journey
and my six-month awakening
point to the same truth:

When you live in alignment,
time expands.

When you abandon yourself,
time collapses.

When you return to your truth,
life becomes multidimensional.

And this is the path I am on now:

A full-spectrum life.
A conscious life.
A life in alignment with who I truly am.

The pursuit of me
is the pursuit of a multidimensional life.

And this is only the beginning.
