Title: “How to Invest in Yourself”
Buffett said: “The best investment you can make is in yourself.”
Munger added: “Go to bed a little smarter every day.”
The key is not doing — it’s everyday.
The power lies in compounding.
For years, I followed their words — reading more books, taking more courses, learning more skills, writing more posts.
But I was distracted from time to time — for days, weeks, or even months.
Then I realized:
“All those things depend on the state of the person doing them.”
If my energy is low, my mind cloudy, my spirit in chaos —
even the best book can’t reach me.
In this video, I’ll show you how I focus on five core traits to adjust my state of being —
so investing in myself becomes effortless.
🌿 Energy
We are an energy system — every thought, emotion, and action shapes how it flows through us.
It’s the foundation of execution — the battery that powers everything.
But i used to leak energy everywhere — through:
- Physical inactivity
- Mental overthinking
- Emotional pain
- Spiritual control
The first step to investing in yourself is to protect your energy.
Before learning more or doing more, start by sealing your leaks.
Ask yourself:
“What drains my energy every day?”
Then limit your exposure to it.
In the past, I could get distracted for days, weeks, even months.
Now, I can show up almost every day without forcing —
because I finally have a stable energy supply.
Since this January, I’ve been clearing my energy leaks one by one.
January: I stopped my biggest leak — the news.
It only left me anxious, so I replaced it with walking and strength training.
That sealed my physical leaks.March: I cut out added sugar and processed foods.
My energy became more stable, my focus sharper.May: I ended draining relationships and began reconnecting with nature.
That quiet restored emotional flow.June: I stopped leaking energy at night by scrolling.
November: I stopped overthinking by surrendering everything —
no longer caring about outcomes, just focusing on 1% improvement every day.
One of the biggest hidden energy leaks is money anxiety.
I used to think safety came from numbers in an account,
but now I see it comes from trust — in my system and in myself.
I already have enough.
I’ve built a rhythm that supports me, and I trust my future self to create what’s needed when it’s needed.
That quiet confidence stopped the fear loop —
and the moment I felt “enough,” my energy stabilized.
Now my energy no longer fluctuates — it flows.
The more friction I removed from my system, the steadier my energy became.
This energy powers me to get up around 4 a.m., walk 10,000 steps, train daily, read, and create.
Even on rest days, my rest is intentional, not distraction.
The real power doesn’t come from doing more —
it comes from removing what drains you.
Once energy flows freely, growth becomes inevitable.
🌤 Clarity
There are two kinds of clarity: mind clarity and heart clarity.
Mind Clarity — seeing the pattern
When energy flows well, the nervous system relaxs, the brain stops operating in survival mode and enters coherence.
The thinking brain (prefrontal cortex) and the emotional brain (amygdala) synchronize —
and clarity emerges effortlessly.
I used to think clarity came from reading more, collecting information, or thinking harder.
But you can’t think your way to clarity — you have to clear your way to it.
Clarity isn’t about knowing more; it’s about removing noise until truth becomes visible.
Because I’ve removed so much noise, stabilized my energy, and writren every day,
I’ve realized that even without reading hundreds of books,
my clarity has improved dramatically.
Heart Clarity — seeing the direction
Heart clarity arises when emotional tension dissolves.
It’s not about ideas — it’s about resonance.
It doesn’t tell you what’s true in logic;
it tells you what’s right in alignment.
Heart clarity says:
“This feels peaceful, honest, alive.”
You experience it when you surrender outcomes, act from love, or feel deep compassion —
when the heart’s electromagnetic field synchronizes with the brain’s rhythm.
That’s why heart-based clarity feels quiet but certain — no argument, no doubt.
Within one week, I noticed Bella Ciao, Con te Partirò, and Meditations —
and all of them resonated deeply.
That inner resonance called me to learn Italian.
That is heart clarity — a direction felt, not decided.
✨ Summary insight:
Mind clarity shows you how things work.
Heart clarity shows you where to go.
When both align, you no longer chase clarity — you become it.
⚙️ Discipline
In the early stage, building discipline like a muscle is necessary — it teaches structure and self-respect. But it’s not reliable — I got distracted easily.
For a long time, I thought a lack of discipline meant personal weakness — and I blamed myself for it. Now I understand you can’t push your way to discipline for a lifetime.
Because it wasn’t a character flaw — it was a system failure: poor sleep, emotional noise, and energy leaks.
Discipline isn’t a resource — it’s a rhythm. It rises when energy, clarity, and alignment are high, and falls when they’re blocked or scattered.
I used to train discipline with alarm clocks, to-do lists, motivational videos, and deleting apps — but I still went off track for weeks, even months.
Then I realized: discipline and focus depend on your physiological state. They rise when your body and brain have energy, and collapse when you’re depleted. Every time I finish heavy training, I can feel my discipline drop. Discipline isn’t just mental; it’s biological.
Your brain’s prefrontal cortex — the region responsible for focus and self-control — consumes a huge amount of glucose and oxygen. When your body or nervous system is tired, your willpower literally weakens. That’s why fatigue, poor sleep, or emotional stress instantly erode discipline — not because you lack character, but because your system is underpowered.
So I stopped trying to force discipline and started designing for it.
Design for Discipline
Go to bed early.
It seals leaks from late-night distractions and resets my system for the next day.Exercise daily.
Physical strength stabilizes the mind — that’s why I train every day.Surrender.
Releasing emotional stress frees energy for focus and flow.Change decision-making.
Before doing anything, I ask:“Does this drain my energy or give me energy?”
Energy is my compass.
When it expands, I’m aligned with truth.
When it contracts, something is off — timing, motive, or environment.
The body always knows.
I just have to listen before acting.
⏳ Patience
Patience requires energetic stability.
When energy fluctuates, emotions crave instant reward — you feel restless or anxious.
But when energy is stable, the nervous system feels safe — and safety allows waiting.
You no longer need quick outcomes to feel secure; you let things unfold.
Discipline gives patience its container.
Clarity tells you what’s worth waiting for and compoundingneed time.
Financial safety supports patience — it turns waiting into trust.
That’s why I’ve built my barbell system in investing — it gives me both stability and optionality,
so I can hold for years.
That’s why I can make videos even when no one watches —
because my horizon is three years, not three months.
Patience is emotional intelligence stretched across time.
It’s the art of compounding without forcing the pace.
🕊 Surrender
Discipline without surrender becomes obsession.
Patience without surrender feels like waiting in pain.
Clarity without surrender turns into overthinking.
Surrender is the art of allowing life to unfold while staying aligned.
It doesn’t mean giving up — it means trusting your preparation, your timing, and the intelligence of the process.
It’s not passive; it’s confident stillness.
Surrender keeps your energy clean.
When you resist, you leak energy — through worry, doubt, and control.
When you surrender, energy stops fighting itself.
It flows toward what truly matters.
That’s why I feel lighter and more magnetic when I let go — my system stops wasting charge on resistance.
That’s why making YouTube videos doesn’t drain my energy — it gives me energy.
I’ve already surrendered outcomes — I don’t check analytics within 48 hours after uploading.
So my creative loop is clean:
energy in → creation → fulfillment → renewed energy → more creation.
There’s no mental leakage into comparison, anxiety, or performance.
Surrender is where all traits converge — energy stops fighting itself.
From here, creation feels like breathing.
🧠 Upgrading Your Operating System
Every trait — discipline, clarity, patience, surrender — ultimately connects back to energy,
because energy is the root of human functioning.
Everything else is a manifestation of how that energy moves through you.
| Trait | Function | Energy Relationship |
|---|---|---|
| Energy | Foundation | Life force itself |
| Discipline | Structure | Energy in rhythm |
| Clarity | Perception | Energy in coherence |
| Patience | Timing | Energy in calm continuity |
| Surrender | Harmony | Energy in flow and trust |
If your energy is stable and flowing,
discipline becomes natural, patience effortless, clarity sharp, and surrender peaceful.
When energy leaks — through fear, fatigue, or emotional friction —
all those traits collapse, no matter how much willpower you have.
So if you want to invest in yourself, protect your energy
With stable energy, discipline, clarity, and patience become effortless —
and with surrender, your energy stops fighting itself and starts compounding.
