Title: “no more waste life after I built this system”

Start

Last year, I spent six hours a day scrolling — and felt miserable for wasting my life.

This year, I built a system that wakes me at 4 a.m. naturally, and keeps my wealth, my health, my creation, and my peace compounding

Munger once said, “Go to bed a little smarter every day.” The key isn’t doing more — it’s every day. The power lies in compounding.

In this video, I’ll share how I built my inner system — a structure that makes everyday compounding effortless.

Most people try to change their life by doing more — reading more, learning more, staying more positive or more motivated. I did that too. but i was distacted again and again until I realized: you can only stay on track when your inner system changes.

Everything you do — your focus, habits, even discipline — runs on energy. So instead of adding more goals, I rebuilt the way energy flows through me.

I call it my Inner System — five traits that keep me compounding effortlessly: Energy, Clarity, Discipline, Patience, and Surrender. Let me show you how it works.

🌿 Energy

Energy is the real currency of life. We are an energy system — every thought, emotion, and action shapes how it flows through us.
It’s the foundation of execution — the battery that powers everything.

But i used to leak energy everywhere — through:

  • Physical inactivity
  • Mental overthinking
  • Emotional pain
  • Spiritual control

The first step to investing in yourself is to protect your energy.
Before learning more or doing more, start by sealing your leaks, the distractions, negtive emotions, and habits that drain your focus.

Ask yourself:

“What drains my energy every day?”

Then try to limit your exposure to it.

In the past, I could get distracted for days, weeks, even months.
Now, I can show up almost every day without forcing — because I finally have a stable energy supply.

Since this January, I’ve been clearing my energy leaks one by one.

  • January: I stopped my biggest leak — the news.
It only left me anxious, so I replaced it with walking and strength training.
    That sealed my physical leaks.

  • March: I cut out added sugar and processed foods.
My energy became more stable, my focus sharper.

  • May: I trimmed draining relationships and began reconnecting with nature.
    That quiet restored emotional flow.

  • June: I stopped leaking energy at night by scrolling.

  • November: I stopped overthinking by surrendering everything
no longer caring about outcomes, just focusing on 1% improvement every day.

One of the biggest hidden energy leaks is money anxiety.
I used to think safety came from numbers in an account,
but now I see it comes from trust — in my system and in my daily actions.
I told myself i already have enough.
I’ve built a rhythm that supports me, and I trust my future self to create what’s needed when it’s needed.
That quiet confidence stopped the fear loop —
and the moment I felt “enough,” my energy stabilized.

Now my energy no longer fluctuates — it flows.
The more friction I removed from my system, the steadier my energy became.

This energy powers me to get up around 4 a.m., walk 10,000 steps, train daily, read, and create.
Even on rest days, my rest is intentional, not distraction.

The real power doesn’t come from doing more —
it comes from removing what drains you.
Once energy flows freely, growth becomes inevitable.

🌤 Clarity

There are two kinds of clarity: mind clarity and heart clarity.

Mind Clarity — seeing the pattern

When energy flows well, the nervous system relaxs, the brain stops operating in survival mode and enters coherence.
The thinking brain (prefrontal cortex) and the emotional brain (amygdala) synchronize —
and clarity emerges effortlessly.

I used to think clarity came from reading more, collecting more information, or thinking harder.
But you can’t think your way to clarity — you have to clear your way to it.
Clarity isn’t about knowing more; it’s about removing noise until truth becomes visible.

Because I’ve removed so much noise, stabilized my energy, and writren every day,
I’ve realized that even without reading hundreds of books,
my clarity has improved dramatically.

Heart Clarity — seeing the direction

Heart clarity arises when emotional tension dissolves.
It’s not about ideas — it’s about resonance.
It doesn’t tell you what’s true in logic;
it tells you what’s right in alignment.

Heart clarity says:

“This feels peaceful, honest, alive.”

You experience it when you surrender outcomes, act from love, or feel deep compassion —
when the heart’s electromagnetic field synchronizes with the brain’s rhythm.
That’s why heart-based clarity feels quiet but certain — no argument, no doubt.

Within one week, I noticed Bella Ciao, Con te Partirò, and Meditations
and all of them resonated deeply.
That inner resonance called me to learn Italian.
That is heart clarity — a direction felt, not decided.

Summary insight:
Mind clarity shows you how things work.
Heart clarity shows you where to go.
When both align, you no longer chase clarity — you become it.

⚙️ Discipline

In the early stage, building discipline like a muscle is necessary — it teaches structure and self-respect. But it’s not reliable — I got distracted easily.

For a long time, I thought a lack of discipline meant personal weakness — and I blamed myself for it. Now I understand you can’t push your way to discipline for a lifetime.

Because it wasn’t a character flaw — it was a system failure: poor sleep, emotional noise, and energy leaks.

Discipline isn’t a resource — it’s a rhythm. It rises when energy, clarity, and alignment are high, and falls when they’re blocked or scattered.

I used to train discipline with alarm clocks, to-do lists and motivational videos — but I still went off track for weeks, even months. and i felt miserable when i lost alignment.

only until this sep. I realized: discipline and focus depend on your physiological state. They rise when your body and brain have energy, and collapse when you’re depleted. Every time I finish heavy training, I can feel my discipline drop. Every time I overthink, my discipline disapprears. Discipline isn’t just mental; it’s biological.

Your brain’s prefrontal cortex — the region responsible for focus and self-control — consumes a huge amount of glucose and oxygen. When your body or nervous system is tired, your willpower literally weakens. That’s why fatigue, poor sleep, or emotional stress instantly erode discipline — not because you lack character, but because your system is underpowered.

So I stopped trying to force discipline and started designing for it.

Design for Discipline

  1. Go to bed early.
It seals leaks from late-night distractions and resets my system for the next day.

  2. Exercise daily.
Physical strength stabilizes the mind — that’s why I walk and go to gym every day.

  3. Surrender.
Releasing emotional stress frees energy for focus and flow.

  4. Change decision-making.
    Before doing anything, I ask:

“Does this drain my energy or give me energy in the long term?”
    Energy is my compass.
When it expands, I’m aligned with truth.
When it contracts, something is off — timing, motive, or environment.
    The body always knows.
I just have to listen before acting.

⏳ Patience

for me, patience = understanding compounding + stable energy True patience doesn’t come from forcing yourself to wait. It comes from understanding how growth unfolds and having the energy system to sustain it.

there are 3 facts of compounding:

  1. early stage is slow it is hard to build foundation from nothing, it takes time and it is slow. it takes years of silence. most people gives up here.

  2. How to survive the slow and silent stage

The key is also energy management.

Patience requires energetic stability. When energy fluctuates, emotions crave instant reward — you feel restless or anxious. But when energy is stable, the nervous system feels safe — and safety allows waiting. financial stability is also a part of my energy management, money is stored energy.

You no longer need quick outcomes to feel secure; you let things unfold.

This is how you survive the invisible phase of growth — not by suppressing impatience, but by creating an internal environment where time can do its work.

Protect your energy. Simplify your inputs. Move, rest, breathe, and think with intention. When your energy stays steady, you can stay the course long enough for compounding to reveal its quiet power.

  1. After the tipping point, growth accelerates Compounding follows an exponential curve, not a linear one. In the beginning, the base is small, and growth feels slow. But after a certain point — the tipping point — each new gain builds on an already larger base, and progress accelerates almost effortlessly.

This visible acceleration gives you hope — not blind optimism, but earned confidence. You realize the system works. Faith turns into evidence, and momentum replaces struggle. For example, at 10% a year: On $10,000 → $1,000 gain (feels small) On $100,000 → $10,000 gain (now visible) On $500,000 → $50,000 gain (accelerating)

That’s why I can hold my stocks for years with patience.
That’s why I commited 3 years to make youtube videos. That’s why I focus on the building of my energy system.

🕊 Surrender

The real purpose of surrender is not passivity or blind acceptance — it’s energy protection.

Every time you resist what is — argue with reality, replay the past, or worry about the future — you create inner friction. That friction burns energy quietly. It drains the focus, clarity, and calm you need for compounding and creation.

Surrender is how you stop that leak. It’s the art of releasing resistance so your energy flows in one clean direction — forward.

When you surrender, your mind no longer fights time, people, or outcomes. You return to the present moment, where your full power lives. That’s why surrender feels peaceful — not because life gets easier, but because your energy stops scattering.

I surrender the wanting to be loved i surrender the control of market time and just hold great business i surrender the need of external validation.

everytime i paratice surrender — my system stops wasting charge on resistance.
and i won’t waste the precious energy i protected to inner war.

🧠 Upgrading Your Energy System

Every trait — discipline, clarity, patience, surrender — ultimately connects back to energy, because energy is the root of human functioning.

If your energy is stable and flowing, discipline becomes natural, patience effortless, clarity sharp, and surrender peaceful.

When energy leaks — through fear, fatigue, or inner friction — all those traits collapse, no matter how much willpower you have.

In the beginning, you’ll need effort to build the system. Sealing the first leak is the hardest. But it gets easier with each one — the second, the third, and so on.

Once the system is built, consistancy becomes effertless. you’ll still be challenged sometime— but with stable energy, you recover fast. You no longer fall for weeks or months; you realign in a day, sometimes in hours.

So if you want to change your life, protect your energy. With stable energy, discipline, clarity, and patience become effortless — and with surrender, your energy stops fighting itself and starts compounding.

In my next video, I’ll share the keystone habits system I use to maintain this flow of energy every day.
