I love to walk in nature; it feels like a form of meditation to me. it is hard to find nature as i am Living in the city. so I prefer to walk just after sunrise. at 5 am, the streets and parks offer a quiet and peaceful atmosphere —it feels just like walking in nature.
I walk through community parks and along streets, sometime on the road becasue there is no car. i appreciate the beauty of blooming flowers. i feel embraced by the trees i listen to the vibrant morning birdsong, and i inhale the aroma of my favorite flowers. The gentle morning breeze touches my skin. all of these deepens my connection to nature and the world around me.
Connecting to nature boosts my happiness and improves my mood and focus. i used to have a ton of negative self-talk but now i don’t have any. while i am walking, i even smile from time to time. i realize morning walk in nature bring me happiness. and nature is free and is always there for me.

every morning, i walk over 7000 steps. every day, i walk over 15000 steps. it helps me burn claories and it create a calorie deficit for fat loss. i have lost 4 kg in past half year and most of them are my belly fat. and because of weight trainning, i have gained 1.5kg muscle at the same time. so walking helps lost fat and meantain lean muscle mass.

Exposing to natural light in the morning helps reset my circadian rhythm so every night, i feel tired at 9 and go to bed at 9:30. and i wake up naturually before 5. i am in a positive feedback loop. so it is effectless for me.
