For years, I thought “system” just meant having a few good habits.
But to my surprise, I realized that many of my habits actually work together like an ecosystem — pushing me forward even on my “bad” days.
Why This Works
Most people try to “fix” their life in one giant leap. But real growth works like a farm — daily planting, watering, and harvesting. No single action transforms you overnight, but small, steady actions compound into huge results.
Each of my habits might only add a fraction of a percent to my growth each day.
But together, they build momentum that compounds — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

System Effect: High physical energy fuels all other habits. Without energy, no mental or creative habit can be sustained.

- Investing Practice → Sharpens decision-making, probabilistic thinking, patience, and emotional mastery.
